   Walt Disney Animation ... was good (maybe.. 40,50) Japanese Animation is alot(ten times) better now.

   Entertainment sucks right now because the producers forget the most important factor: It's that the Entertainment industry is a service industry. In other words you go to the movie theaters and pay to be entertained, therefore it is a service because they serve us, not the other way around but they care too much about profit and their narrow-view on what's great.

    i agree COMPLETLY with you KTChamerlain...im sooo unhappy with the way they are killing the classical movies, i love disney, i especialy love to draw them . Wouldnt that be the best job ever, i could do a life time of drawing them and the music. only to be alive back then .

    Walt would be furious with Disney Channel today. He once said, "I love the Nostalgic, myself. I hope we never lose some of the things of the past", and he also said, "I fully believe the animated picture will emerge as one of the greatest mediums, not only of entertainment but also of education". Today neither Disney Channel, nor the producers have upheld those sayings. The Disney Legacy has gone to hell thanks to them.

    The funny thing was that The Hobbit was published in 1937, the same year Disney's Snow White and the 7 Dwarves was released, both invloved Dwarves--The Hobbit had 13, Snow White had 7, and I doubt Disney and Tolkien ever met in person
