It may not be like Nirvana, but it doesn't mean it's crap. Bowie was in a different music generation to Nirvana, he was something "unusual", much like Nirvana was when it came into the scene, so they both sorta had the same principle.August 18th, 2008 at 01:49:38

I like this version of the song best, I never knew Bowie's version until recent times, I remember the day Kurt died, the day grunge music died, that changed the music scene forever. It was all rap from that point on...........!August 18th, 2008 at 03:21:34

David Bowie made this song first. I have a friend that knows all things David Bowie and she assured me that he did. I've never heard it personally, but all I can say is that this song, performed by Nirvana ROCKS!!August 18th, 2008 at 04:07:32
Jabulela says:
Im still not sure if Nirvana made this song first or David Bowie. The chords sound Nirvana, but not really the speed... oh, hehe... this song was made by David Bowie in the 70's.... this was in 1993.... nvm thenAugust 18th, 2008 at 04:30:31

Kurt Cobain lived in the same Century as John Lennon dude... i think Lennon may be a tad bit better of a musician than Kobain, and thats only one. Not to say I dont love Kurt, but there were far better musicians in the 20th century.August 18th, 2008 at 07:11:24
